Today\u2019s youth face many challenges related to technology addiction, social media dependence and video gaming disorders. Our thorough, multidisciplinary program takes a structured approach to address the impact of excessive use of screens on a young person&#8217;s body, mind and emotions by providing an integrated, evidence-based strategy that promotes balanced living.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A child\u2019s development can be adversely impacted by excessive time spent on screens, including challenges with emotional regulation, academic performance, social interaction, physical health, and family relationships.
